The Morning After

The Gorgeous Model *Apnea:
_{I must be honest with you all about this - when I have first started this drawing of the ever gorgeous *Apnea I have expected much better results than those you can see for yourselves. When I first started working on the figures and shades I thought that the drawing would turn out ravishing and beautiful, but I don't seem to be very pleased with its final version. Although I could have done it better, I have finally managed to finish this drawing after such long and busy days that have kept me from doing any kind of art, and I decided to upload this one up here because I know that many of you were looking forward to seeing it, and because I want to share it with you guys .}

As you all have realized by now, this drawing consists of the stunning model Apnea, one the most famous models that work with the most famous and beloved photographer here on deviantart: ~ lithiumpicnic.
I don't think that anyone could ever photograph her better than he does, he's a gracious talent himself and I hope I'll be drawing the two of them some day in the future, whenever I shall find enough time
The two shots that I have used for this drawing are originally taken by Perry Gallagher, a leading photographer himself. The two figures of the drawing are based on photos of Apnea that he shot, and which all rights belong to him, and him only.

_{If you were wondering what is that thing she lies on and holds in her hand, it's some sort of a blanket. I couldn't put it up right}

The Process:
_{This has taken me about two weeks, more or less. I was working from time to time and couldn't get it done at once, it has taken several stops in between. I really wanted to draw something nice of hers, and I was hoping it would turn out better than this.
The drawing's of an HB pencil, and a little bit of B6 for the dark parts.
The best thing I love about this portrait is the left figure's eyes they're lovely, in my opinion.}
